In the early 2000s, I began teaching design in organizations and educational institutions. Around 2010, I was a founding faculty member at Austin Center for Design (ac4d), an educational startup dedicated to providing advanced human-centered design skills for experienced professionals.

I have created courseware and facilitated sessions at many client sites in the healthcare, financial services, energy, and retail industries and North American and Canadian cities. I have also taught workshops at Harvard Innovation Labs, and CEDIM in Monterrey, Mexico.

In 2019, I became a full-time faculty member at The University of Texas at Austin School of Design and Creative Technologies (SDCT), helping to grow the department, and expand courseware offerings.
